Jesus Is The Only Way

"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me."
John 14:6

Have you ever gone on a trip and gotten lost? Most people have a good road map, or now even a GPS system that keeps them on the right path, but even the best system doesn't mean that you will not get lost sometime in your life. In your spiritual journey not all roads lead to God, as some might suggest. There are roadblocks all along the way, that keeps man from reaching God--the roadblocks of sin. However God knew that mortal man would get lost, so He provided the Bible to all of us. The Bible is the ultimate roadmap, as it tells us where all the roadblocks are, it provides all the directions we need to steer us in the right direction. It even gives us detours, when we are tempted and confronted with the sin that Satan places in front of us. But most of all God tells us what our final destination will be, which is our eternal home in Heaven. He also gives us the ultimate GPS system, the Holy Spirit, to lead and guide us to reach our final destination. Jesus did not say, "I am one of many roads to God." What He did say was "I am the way." We cannot get to the final destination that God wants us to reach, without letting Jesus take control and guide us. Satan is too powerful, and will place too many roadblocks in your path which will lead you astray. It is only when we allow the Holy Spirit to be in complete control of all that we do, that we will reach our final destination. This should be such an easy decision for all of you to make, as God will tell you where you are to go, and then guide you on all the right paths to reach your destination. You will never have to worry about getting lost again, when you accept Jesus as your savior, and He will lead you to the father.
