How Does God See You
How Does God See You
"The eyes of the Lord keep watch over knowledge, but he frustrates the words of the unfaithful."
Proverbs 22:12
Christian's come in all sizes, shapes, and forms. They differ from each other by race, language, gifts, talents, wealth and age, and many other distinctions. Yet, it is the same Holy Spirit that lives within each of them, that empowers them to live a life for Christ. All of them have different strengths and weaknesses, but the thing they have in common is not the exterior, but rather that interior passion for God, when they have accepted Jesus as their Savior. This same Holy Spirit works in our lives when we have a problem, that in our eyes we think is unanswered or unheard, as it allows us to be at peace and content in all situations. Even during these problems, which may be a test of our patience and faith in God, the Holy Spirit gives us the assurance that God is still in control, and lets us be at peace with the situation. Christians go through battles for different reasons, and some may think that they have been dealt the small straw, when they see the wicked prospering, but the Bible tells us not to envy those who have greater things than we do, for it doesn't mean they are loved more than we are. When you feel down, and all Christians will at times have trying times, where God is testing you in your faith, look at yourself through God's eyes. There may be times when you are down, and feel all alone, but remember that God knows what you are going through, and will provide all you need. Remember He is in control. During these times, think of how you look in God's eyes. There is no judgment, only acceptance. God sees your light when all that you can see are your shadows. God loves you more than anyone could ever love you.
