Receive Your Miracle

Good Morning to all my friends. This is another day that God has given us, let us be glad and rejoice in it. My prayer for you is that God will bless each of you today and give you His peace and His comfort in all that you do. Today's Challenge-------------------- Receive Your Miracle ”Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." Mark 6:49 These are the words of Jesus, when he came walking on the water to his disciples, on the stormy Sea of Galilee. We all know the story about how the disciples were struggling to stay afloat in their fishing boat, and for a moment, we see Peter who was so filled with the power of seeing Jesus, that he also began walking on the water toward Jesus. Peter forgot about the storm that was raging around him, and was focused on Jesus. Peter was on the verge of a miracle. How many of us, are discerning enough to get our eyes off the storm, long enough to see Jesus in the storm. With all the troubles and trials that we face in our daily life, are we so focused on the storms, that we do not see Jesus in the midst of our storms. Just like the other disciples, they missed seeing Jesus in the midst of the storm, but only Peter saw Him. If the Lord is going to transform our trials and troubles into victory, seeing Jesus in our storms, is the first and most important thing for us to do. All the doubt and uncertainty is instantly removed, when we see and hear the Lord respond to our cry. It is important for you to see, by faith, the Lord in your trials and troubles, and be able to hear His voice, rising about the noise of this world. Jesus is telling you to take courage, and not be afraid, in your trials and trouble today. Our miracles can begin with just a question to God, asking if it is Him in the midst of your storm. You may just hear and see Him, as Peter did, and you also will be able to get out of your boat and run to Him. You won't sink in the storms raging around you, because God will be waiting for you. The reality is, that your storms may just be a miracle waiting to happen. My Daily Devotional Volume Four June 22 Robert William Brock, Jr.
