Just A Little Change
"The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Matthew 13:49-50
With all the busyness of life, I believe many Christians get into a "spiritual rut." They tend to struggle just to get through the day, come home, both mentally and physically drained, because they allow themselves to get into a rut. Take a look at your days activities, as I bet your routine rarely changes. You get up each day, and either go to work or school. You go to the same stores, the same places to play, the same church, watch the same television programs, listen to the same music, and do everything the same way you did it yesterday. I would like to challenge you today to try to do some things different, as it will give you a new perspective on your life, as you might just see something different, that you have not seen before. We all sometimes just need a little change, as most of the time we get into such a comfort zone, that we tap into a very small percentage of what we are capable of doing. Another reason to change things is that it will give you confidence in different situations. The more we experience, the more we are exposed to, the better we are able to handle life's problems. The Lord has given us so much, yet we often only partake of a fraction of what He has given. Don't turn your life upside down by making drastic changes, but keep your life fresh and exciting by just changing your routine just a little. Make a conscious effort to keep your daily walk with God fresh and something you look forward to.
