Can You Spot A Christian

"You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy."
Psalm 45:7

At your place of work can you tell the Christian from the non Christians? If they are real Christians, and have really accepted Christ as their savior you most definitely will be able to tell them. They will be different than people that do not know God, as you will be able to see the peace and joy in their lives. Their actions and behavior will be different, as they will stand out from the crowd, and will have a smile on their face, be courteous and caring. They will speak with a kind and gentle voice to all the people they come into contact with. There will be something special about them, and others will seek their friendship, advice and counsel. They will be faithful, truthful, and will work at their jobs doing the very best they can. Now look at the non Christians in your work place, and see if you can spot them. Look for the complainers, grumblers, people who show little respect for others, people who don't put their best efforts into their jobs, as they arrive late, leave early, and don't get along with others. People will not look up to them or seek their counsel. A real Christian will be easy to spot as they will stand out like a sunflower in a field of weeds. Then try to identify someone who has recently been saved, and accepted Jesus as their Savior, and notice the change in them. I bet you will notice a complete turnaround in all their behavior and actions. The scripture above tells us that anyone who has accepted Jesus, will rise above their companions as they will be anointed with the oil of joy.
