Nothing Is Impossible

"For nothing is impossible with God."
Luke 1:37

I have found this special scripture in the Bible several times, and it is usually found dealing with the birth of a baby. The scripture above talks about Elizabeth, just prior to her giving birth to John the Baptist. Elizabeth was getting old, and considered to be too old to have a child, but an angel spoke to her telling her that nothing is impossible with God. We also see this repeated in the story of Abraham and Sarah, as both were beyond the age of having a baby, but God intervened and Isaac was born. Can you imagine the excitement both Elizabeth and Sarah much have felt, when God told them they would become mothers, and give birth, at their age, to men who would shape the world as we know it today. God provided the strength for both of them to have their babies, even though it was impossible in their eyes at their old age, to ever think it was possible. We must never think or say that nothing is impossible with God, as there are countless examples of miracles being performed when God unleashes His power on any situation. I have personally witnessed my mother being healed of life threatening situations, but through her prayers, God reached down and healed her body. So, if you are struggling with situations in your own life today, and you don't know any solution or any way out, remember that God is still in control, and that everything is possible with God. There is nothing that you are facing that He cannot fix in your life. It could be a health issue, a broken relationship, or the loss of a job, or any other problem, but remember God can mend all of these and restore you, but you need to surrender and ask Him.
